Aberdeen swimmer in middle of the pack at Olympic Trials

Aberdeen swimmer Hannah Kastigar was 61st out of 125 swimmers in the 400-meter individual medley at the USA Olympic Trials in Omaha Monday.

The 16-year-old is the first member of the Aberdeen Swim Club to have ever qualified for the Olympic Trials.

how do you finish 61st if you win your hear and there is only 13 heats?
to me that means she finished 13th even though there were people faster
in the other heat races who did not win that is the way most sports work.

They go by individual times, not placing in heats.. Congratalations Hannah.. What an honor!
